Hi.

 

Today I went to change my plan online within My Vodafone.

 

On the Change Plan selection page, there are plan descriptions and they are underlined. When you select one, it immediately selects it and processes that plan change. I would have expected that when selecting the new plan that you are presented with a page to review and confirm your selection. Likewise nowhere does it tell you have now selected this new plan. I can only hope that I did click the correct plan.

 

There is also no pricing information shown at anytime during the plan change process.

 

Maybe this can be look at for improvement?

interesting, what plan did you change from and to? Id be keen to find out what is supposed to happen

Hi @ChrisB1.

 

I switched from 80GB Naked Fibre 30/10 to Unlimited Naked Fibre 100/30.

 

This is the page that you are presented with when you click the Change Plan button. As soon as you click on any of the available internet plans, it processes that immediately and doesn't give you an option to review or confirm your selection.

 

Please also note that the first sentence says, ..."follow the simple steps"

Further to the above, I think I am also being charged more for my plan.

 

During the change plan process in My Vodafone, no pricing information is provided, so I can only go by what pricing is shown on the main website.

 

The Vodafone website indicates that a Naked UFB 100Mbps with no TV is $90.99 and $80.99 after "On Account Mobile" discount.

 

I am being charged $100.00 excluding the discount for period 1-31 Jan 2017.
