Cannot retrieve data for my account

Hey folks,
Feel like this might be an internal Vodafone error, but I'll post here and hopefully someone will reach out.
Whenever try to get the usage and stats on my prepaid account, ie find out how much data I have remaining, I get an error message saying "we can't retrieve the data for this account. Please try again later". Same message through the web based platform, and the app. Recently moved to Vodafone from 2degrees and kept my number. I can still send messages from either number though - the transferred number and the number that came with my sim.
Thoughts?

i cannot retrieve data.  i go into my vodafone IHUG EMAIL and no message get loaded. i have tried this on two different computers same situation so the problem i assume must be with vodafone. can someone advise me please i can be contacted  on [Removed]
