If you don't top up for 360/365 days (depending on which plan you're on) the plan number will be inactive. If you've still got credit and want to change to our Pay & Go plan - http://www.vodafone.co.nz/prepay/pay-and-go/ please get in contact with us on 777 and our prepay team will be able to change your plan for you.
I'm overseas and don't want to incur additional call charges to simply cancel a prepay subscription. The autobilling each month ensures that I incur addtional charges whether I'm using the phone or not and in doing so creates a liability for a service I'm unable to use.
I was assured when setting the open plan up, it would be as easy to cancel as a standard pre-pay but as usual, this appears not to be the case.
