I have the Vodafone app and when I try to log in, I get an error message which states "Your Online ID needs to be setup correctly." I had been using it fine for several months prior to this message. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
Have you tried logging in to your My Vodafone via the website? Could you please give this a go and see if you are able to login?
