Can't log into my Vodafone

Hi

After switching my old number to Vodafone successfully, I cannot log into My Vodafone as it says " your online ID needs to be setup correctly ". My phone number is 0226xxxxxx and the new Vodafone number is 02108xxxxxx.

Can anyone help me to solve it? And is my log in username still the voda number or my phone number?

Thanks for the post and welcome to the Community.

Which number is the active number i.e. the one you're using? If the 022 then call us on 777 and we can set up the My Vodafone account fully for you on that call.

Hi im trying to do a sim swap but i can't log into my vofadone because i forgot my password. Im trying to reset my password but it keeps sending the code to my number which i don't have as my phone is lost.
