Hi, I started a personal mobile On Account plan last month.
I cannot view any billing functionality in MyVodafone both mobile and desktop. I cannot see invoices, set up automatic payments etc.
I've spoken to the team on the phone who were unable to help, and went into store and they couldn't figure it out either.
I suspect it may have something to do with the fact that my number has been transfered from a business account, maybe the billing functions for my number have been hidden?
