Can't View Bills

I've recently upgraded a mobile from pre-pay to on-account, but I can't view any of the billing information when I log into in My Vodafone - all of the menu options realted to billing are missing.

 

Do I need to do something to make this information available when I log in?

Yes add billing account level access via My Vodafone.

 

Menu > Account Settings > Add Services > On Account mobile > Pay the Bill > Enter the account number and PIN.
