After I changed my internet to Fibre I can't see my login status from Vodafone site

Error: you don't have access to this part of My Vodafone
 

You cannot access this part of My Vodafone because you are logged in with an extra email login and password.

To access the rest of My Vodafone you will need to logout and then log back in using your main login.

This is the message i get.

Please let me know to solve this problem

I can not check any of the status or even check my usage on vodafone site.

No problem logging on to my account tho.

As a Fibre customer you will need to use CustomerZone to manage your account rather than My Vodafone (as your Fibre connection is on a different billing/customer platform than your previous xDSL connection). Your username and password may not be the same as your old My Vodafone account.
