usually that means there is no connection that has received an IP add. See if it goes green when you turn on the VTV box. if that doesn happen. Try redoing the WPS as per the Quick start guide section C

Hi
Plug a PC in to the Extender which is not connected to the Modem and see if you can surf the internet. ?

Hi
Are the 2 devices far apart?
use the details from the Quick start guide " Setting up advance features section" you will find your login details. Login to the device the look under the heading Status>Wireless. You should see there is a button on the right side stating Association Table, Click on that and send me the following details

I set up 2 extenders and tested.
The wireless light will go red but should come back green after awhile.
I left the extenders overnight to see if the red light will come on on the wirelss and so far it has not.
When you have the red light on the wireless could you plug a computer on the exteder (Not the one connected to the modem) and see if you can get an IP address.
