My Samsung 3 lite tablet is giving out of range message when I try and connect thru our new ultra hub network. Other devices seem ok (iPad and lap top).
I think the Lite uses 2.4GHz for Wi-Fi, so would check 2.4GHz channel is turned on on Ultra Hub. If it is on, perhaps change the name and try to connect tablet to renamed channel.
iPad etc would use the 5GHz channel.
