I think I put this query in the wrong location before.
I have been with VF since 2 0 1 1 and my Hauwai modem is the same as when I first signed up. Is it necessary to review this modem and perhaps update it? I assume the software on it is updated by VF but am unsure about the process. Any help gratefully received. I am particularly thinking about the security of the modem now. Thanks
