I am currently using fibre X and while my WiFi is connected I have no internet access on any of my devices. I’ve tried all the available trouble shooting steps from the website ie resetting my modem etc and forgetting/re-connecting my devices to my network. According to the website there are no outages at the moment. the “internet” light on my modem keeps flashing despite me resetting/ turning off and on.
Hi @kirstyh - it sounds like you've tried everything you can to get this resolved on your end - it might be time to give our tech suppport people a ring so they can investigate and log a fault if neccesary. They'll help you get it sorted.
