So the factory reset got it working? Or did the one one the sticker under the box work in the end?

I saw there was a pasword listed in the Quick Start Guide but that was a fake one (a1b2c3d4e5) and it said refer to the one underneath the modem. Its CAPS sensitive so watch for that.
