When landline is answered, the internet becomes "limited" (has a yellow exclamation mark) and does not work until a few minutes after the landline is not in use.

Nah, I'm on VDSL and this only started to happen when I upgraded to VDSL around 2 months ago. Could you care to explain what exactly a line filter does?

Happy to explain what a line filter does for you.
First a bit of theory. With both ADSL and VDSL the internet communications are transmitted over your normal copper phone line wires, the same ones that you use for your landline, but on a different, much higher frequency band than the normal phone.
What the filter does is spilts out the lower frequncy landline signal, from the higher frequency ADSL/VDSL signal so that they don't interfere with one another.
The problem you describe is a text book description of what would happen if your filter was either not installed, installed incorrectly, or was faulty.
If you haven't already, replace the filter with a brand new one as it's not that uncommon that they fail and cause issues like this.
Hope this helps
