Can anyone tell me if this usb stick can be plugged into a usb power supply or car usb outlet and used as a hotspot instead of being plugged into a computer?

Hi @usatank,

Unfortunately you will not be able to do that with the Vodem sticks.

For hotspot the best option for you would be http://www.vodafone.co.nz/shop/mobileDetails.jsp?skuId=sku30190617

Kind regards,
Arif Khan.

Is this for a GPS tracker or something? I can't think of anything over my mind that you start with the car Smiley Indifferent

Kind regards,
