HG659 Firmware upgrade

Initiated upgrade to latest 020 firmware but HG659 hung up for 15 mins or so during process. Called VF tech support and was told to switch off and back on 3 mins later after which tech would call me again after 5 mins to check on outcome.  Modem failed to boot and suspect it is now a brick with a power light!  Moreover tech has not called as yet, 50 mins or so later.  How do I go about getting new modem and, perhaps,  some mobile data to use until its arrival.

@shandon

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear about that. Can you reconnect to the modem using a cable and log in?

Thanks for the interest. The modem is definitely dead, the only light illuminated is the power light and there is no output via a cable.
