i ordered the installation of home wireless broadband before 2 weeks ago, but i have some of questions
i just called with sales and i want to confirm my installation one more. My customer number is <removed>.
is it sure that the moden will be delievered at the same date as installation date? If the modem will be delievered before 2nd of Mar, i would like to change the date at after 2nd March.
And the installer will come my house at 9th of March?
In addition, what do i have to do? Just waiting for the date? Because the customer service answer said to me that i have to contact to Chorus for the scoping job. I want to know about this more and exactly.
