This server could not prove that it is 22.214.171.124; its security certificate is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Proceed to 126.96.36.199 (unsafe) NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
Yeah, sounds like a certificate issue, been ages since I toyed around with IIS. If your using https (and you should be if you're dealing with user passwords and/or private info) then you should really be using a signed certificate and SSL (among many other security features).
Depending on how many users are going to be using whatever service your providing, and/or how serious its application is it would probably be worthwhile getting a web security pro to look over the setup.
