how do I adjust the number of times the phone rings before voicemail answers the call.

 

Ideally I would like calls never to divert on unanswer, only divert to VM if unavailable.

the method in the posting didn't work, just returned an error.

 

I phoned 777 and someone extended the ringing period for me.
