My phone screen is flickering now post charge. Samsung say bring it into their service centre and to bring the receipt in. I had the original invoice stored in a work email account which has since been migrated to a new serverand we lost all old emails! I wanted to contact someone at Vodafone to ask for a copy of the receipt but the only contact instructions online are for a phone number....a number I can't call because of my flickering screen! The online invoices only go back 12 months and my purchase was 18 months plus ago.
Can someone please provide a contact email so I can go about getting a copy of my original invoice/receipt to then go and see Samsung.
