bill issue

Hi there,

 

I have written before same issue.it hasn't been sorted. I am still receiving a bill,  for a plan I used to be on about a year and a half maybe more ago. now I don't owe anything. so it's a waste of time sending me a bill every month to tell me im -0.01cr. This is not the first time this has happened. is this like what happens when you finish a plan and go back to prepaid for everyone or I'm the unlucky one.

Can yall just like delete the bill on my account in general.
