Hi, myself and partner both have vodafone mobiles and $29 per mth pay as you go accounts. We topped up both the phone at the end of last month as per usual but now my phone wont let me pickup my call messages and is telling me I dont have enough credit. I have heaps of carry over data and text allowance etc. I don't understand what's up.
Also, my partner was forced to pay an additional $29 this month (so thats nearly $60 for this month - instead of $29) to also call and make texts.
Please can you help.

That seems a bit strange. Have you beein gin touch with our mobiles team to see whats happening with your account? If not hen send me a private message with your mobile numbers or call our billing team on 0800 800 021 0r 777 from your Vodafone mobile and they will be able to sort this out for you.
