Dear Vodafone, l recently switched from pre-pay to on account and I note that you deleted the other 4 phones I had on there. Thanks, each one took about 20-40 minutes to get on there due to issues with your service and now I have to go through it all again.
I shouldnt be surprised, I guess it fits with disconnecting my phone before the new sim card turned up, the rubbish app that is about reliable as a 1982 Lada thats been sitting in a paddock for 30 years, the random changes to my prepay balance that seem to occur for no reason whatsoever, consistently poor communication and service and call centre staff who can hardly speak english.
But I guess you get what you pay for...
PS: are you going to actually respond to any of the predominantly negative comments on your Facebook page? OR perhaps consider stopping your customers from being able to post.
