Whenever I pick up the phone to call out, there are short dial tones and no long one to ready when dialing. This also happens when I call in. All the bills are paid on time. However there has been an issue where two accounts were created for this address and only one is in use but it has recently been closed again (it keeps opening back up because case managers don't close it properly). It appears that number still shows up on the bill (but it's discounted?), could this be the issue?
I would call Vodafone but I have so much trouble and bad experience with actually getting things resolved, wait times, and hearing the other end.
