Issue since porting into Vodafone Mobile

Hi All, 

 

I am having a bit of an issue since porting over to Vodafone Mobile (from 2 Degrees) and have had no luck getting this resolved yet. 

 

Initially when I ported over the wrong plans was loaded on the account for one of the phones, but this was quickly resolved. 

 

Since then I have been alerted to an issue where 2 Degrees mobile customers can not call me. I have collected examples from 2 different 2 Degrees subscribers and logged a fault with 777, but remains an issue.  

 

When the 2D subscriber calls my number they get the 2D voice "We didn't recognize the number you called.  Please check it and try again"

 

Vodafone Helpdesk asked me the standard, what have I done to trouble shoot - SIM Swap, Factory Reset, etc. and just said "the port has been completed successfully, are you sure they are dialing the right number?" I tired to detail the examples of the failed calls - but they person on the helpdesk seemed disinterested. I was promised a call back, but nothing so far. 

 

  • 2D wont talk to me as I am no longer a 2D subscriber.
  • I have logged a fault with 777 - but not given a lot of confidence the problem was really understood
  • Not sure where else to go?  Is there a level 2 help desk in NZ? 

The 2nd number ported over is fine.  SMS from the 2D subscriber to me is fine?!

 

Have tested with Spark mobile and other Voda subscribers - all good.

Happy to look into this and get this across to 2Degrees for them to correct their routing.
