I switched from on account to pre pay services. The person i spoke to said turn off mobile for 15 minutes. Turn back on and dial 777 to activate prepay. I went to call and My account has been deactivated and I can no longer do ANYTHING on my phone Smiley Sad can't ring anyone or the call centre or text!! I've waited over 2 hours now and I still cannot use it
