I had to leave NZ in an emergency cause of the death of my father and forgot all about topping up. I had been overseas now for about 13 months and wanted to know if there was any way to reactivate my sim? I am registered on some services with that no. and now I am unable to access them. Any ideas on how I can reactivate the sim? I also need to activate romaing services on my sim.

Hi - I am having the same issue, not on prepay. I need codes for online banking / whatsapp that are being sent to my NZ number but the sim card is saying 'no service' when I enter it in my phone.
I have been receiving bills to my email address. I also cannot log in to my account as that code is also being sent to my nz mobile number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
