I am looking at changing my pre-pay plan, but nothing tells me if I change my plan whether I will keep or lose my rollover minutes and data.
If I change pre-pay plans do I start from scratch? Or keep my rollover balances?

You should be getting a text from us offering to migrate you to prepay my flex and you won't lose your carry over. Not sure when exactly but coming soon
@MikeHalesI've never received a text offering to migrate, but I see switching is an option on the "Change my Plan" page. Do I need to wait to receive a migration text ? I'd quite like to make use of the new options on the "My Flex Plan" but really don't want to loose my carry over data and minutes.

If you're on the older 19 or 29 carry over plans, you will get a TXT and worth waiting as changeover offer means you won't lose your carry over.
