How can I cancel my prepaid add-on after I have switched to another provider?
When I log in to My Vodafone (from a computer), currently it does not show any plans, and I am unable to log in from my phone (even if I manually enter the phone number).

I went to the branch on Queen street, and they also indicated that everything should already be done (with no need to do anything further).
