After last Tuesday trying to get some answers regarding a late payment fee and not hearing back from Vodafone, I decided to give another call (now Thursday).
1st call, accountnumber and pin given...got disconnected after 10 sec of silence.
2nd call, got somehow connected to mobile broadband, put on hold to get transferred, hung up after 5 minutes of listening to music.
3rd call, accountnumber given, '1 moment please while I get your details', hung up after 5 minutes of silence.
What kind of behaviour is this??
