I am paid monthly, and have a vodafone My FlexPrepay plan.
Over the last few months, I have had my plan cut out on the 12th, and I restart it on the 15th. The problem is that, even though I reactivated it on the 15th, the next month only goes to the 12th! I'm being shortchanged by at least three days!
The other thing is, immediately after I topped up, when the My Vodafone app informed me that the top-up would expire on the 12th, I elected to attempt to change my plan so it starts on the 15th of the month. I was then prompted to top up again, because you guys were happily going to take another plan month worth of credit off me.
I did not do so. The result is I have paid for a month of pre-pay, but am not going to RECEIVE amonth of pre-pay for my money.
This cannot be fair. Is there anything that can be done regarding a) getting my money back for this month's pre-pay, and b) getitng my pre-pay period set to the 15th of the month?
