since january i noticed that my rollover data had stopped working. i've had the same plan for a year already which used rollover data and i haven't changed anything but since this year i've noticed that as it rolls over to the next month it doesn't account for the fact that i still have data and minutes left over from the previous month. i thought it was a glitch when i didn't receive my rollover data from jan to feb but as i didn't get it from feb to march i'm not getting annoyed. what's up?
Strange to see that you are having such an issue as we don't have any problems with the rollover system. Could you please send me a private message with your mobile number, along with the months that you think that the rollover hasn't gone through and I will look into it for you.
