retention team

how do you get the retention team to call me?
I called Saturday and told they are not open.
I called today at 8am was told the person with my case will call me back.
I called at 10am still same answer.
can anyone here speed it up or get someone from retention to help me.

Thanks Chris but all sorted I  think after I called again at about 1pm the voda team sent an email to the retention team duty manger and the rep that was handling my case and just like that the rep from  the retention department rang me straight away after she knew the duty manager had been told of the poor service from the rep.  I will say the rep that I delt with in the retention dep was not  a very nice person and I think she would drive more customers away rather than keep them.
