My offspring have been with Vodafone for years, I've just joined red+share and am trying to allocate data to them.
I'm using the mobile app, I navigate to the main account (mine), I swipe left and expect to see an icon for shared data, but it's not there.
I've spoken to Voda twice and they assure me the kids are loaded as shared.
So I wonder if because their current plans are mid term, I must wait for them to expire before I'm able to share my data with them?
