I just upgraded my Prepay Smart19 plan from 3G to 4G through the Vodafone app. Is this all I need to do or do I have to talk to Vodafone? My phone still is flicking between 3G and H+. I've yet to see it say "4G". I'm located in Invercargill.

Turn phone off and back on and check the 4G coverage map before playing around with handset settings,
Coverage map reflects outdoor covergae not inbuilding and is approx (guide line only)

I did turn it off and on again afterwards. I am well within the coverage area, but inside a building. Haven't yet taken the handset outside to check.

I can see your mobile number logged onto the 4G network this morning 9:41am and 4G was added 9:35am,
Looks good to me
