I have recently transferred from Spark, I have received a new phone and new sim card last week from the online shop but have received little information about the transfer process... Tried to get the phone up and running over the weekend with no success so phoned the Vodafone help team and was told that my transfer was set to take effect Wednesday (I had no knowledge of this!) but she would submit a request that my transfer happens at 8.00am Monday morning instead (today). 3 hours later the SIM card still doesn't seem to be activated (with the 021 number or my transferring 027 number). Can somebody please help me? I have just called the help centre but was not really given any information at all, was just told to wait and see if it works in another hour.
