Wondering if you could help.

 

Topped up $40 which shows on my credit card statement - but didnt receive the credit ?

Thank you for your reply -  I will change my plan.

 

I mshoudl point out that Normally I receive a text message from Vodafone - regarding the top -up.

 

As far as I am aware I never received the $40 credit or text ..

It's a PIN code you would of set with your first call to 777 activating your Prepay number,

Hi @x10civ

 

You are on an older prepay plan which allows for casual data charges. As you have an add on which has not yet expired but your data had ran out, any top ups you do would result in the 'credit' being used for casual data usage.

 

You would benefit from changing your plan. You can do this on your App. In the meantime you will be charged for casual data. The new prepay plans offer more benefits than the older plans.

The older Prepay plan you are on is called ' Prepay_Smart ' the new plan is just called ' Prepay ' and offers more benefits over the old plan like Carryover for 12 months on unused minutes / data and the minutes / SMS can be used to OZ
