The first payment is IOU!

I top up with a voucher by Mobile txt.
Because I want to pay back $5 IOU used a few months ago.
I know that the first payment must IOU $5.50 after top up.
But today...$19 pack is paid at first automatically. I do not want $19 pack now.
I want to pay IOU at first and let $14.50 remain in my balance for Add-on.
My no. is Removed Mobile Number.

Hi James,

As per my post in your other thread, IOUs are now paid back after the $19 pack renews.

P.S. I wouldn't recommend posting your number in a public forum!

I sometimes have used IOU and I remember that the first payment was $5.50 of IOU.
So I top up $20 for IOU & Add-on without $19 pack.
Could u let my wish do above?
Please solve this.

In fact. This no. is my second phone.
Otherwise I have two Vodafone phone no.s.
I do not use this no. mainly and do not need $19 pack now. Cheer!

You would be correct as that is how it used to work.

 

Are you on Prepay Smart with a $19 add-on or the newer Prepay 19? If it was Prepay Smart, for future reference, you can actually cancel that add-on yourself before topping up which would avoid this issue. Unfortunately to the best of my knowledge you cannot do so on the newer plan.

 

Sorry, I do not work for Vodafone so I can't directly look into this and solve this for you, but hopefully one of the staff here will be able to take a look for you. Smiley Happy
