I have been receiving texts from Vodafone that my phone declares as an unrecognised format. It used to receive them ok and still receives texts from other phones ok. Has format changed and can I choose to receive plain texts.

Hi @maigret,

Apologies for the delay in responding to you. We haven't changed any character format from ourside here. Can you please try and text BAL to 777 and whatever response that you get, are you then able to take a screenshot of that message and post it on this page and we will look into it further for you.

Kind regards,
Arif Khan.

Hi @maigret,

Does this only happens on the car radio system or do you see a similar message on your mobile as well ?

Kind regards,
Arif Khan.

The car radio has it's own SIM so is a phone in itself. (the slot to the right of the screen is the SIM card)
