Recent change of prepay plans?

I was previously on the $19 a month prepay plan but have since left the country with quite a big balance.  Given I won't be in the country anymore it doesn't make any sense for me to stay on that plan.  I've just tried to switch but noticed that even the cheapest plan now is $9 a month!?

What happened to the pay as you go approach?  Does anyone know if I can still go back to one of those plans?  I'd prefer not to just loose all the money I've got sitting in the account just on a monthly basis.

Cheers

Ooops didn't realise I could just click do not renew to stop the $19 a month service.  I had assumed that it was $19 ongoing.  Thanks

The ' 19 ' plan attached to the ' Prepay ' base plan is going nowhere
