Prepay smart stops at 125MB

I have plan that offers 500MB but it has stopped working at 125MB. Both online account and iphone app indicate this.

 

I got a warning in the weekend that it was within 10MB of running out (at 115MB)

 

It ran out tuesday (at 125MB) so I emailed VF but have not had a reply. Thursday I rang helpdesk but told there may be a billing problem in the system. There is nothing indated though. In the meantime I am now having to pay casual rates!

Thanks for your help. Must have been something running in the background that doesn't show on the usage charts.
