Mobile plan

I am 6 weeks from the end of a 2 year red + plan. I was contacted about 8 weeks ago by Vodafone asking what incentive etc I'd like to consider re-signing. I asked the rep to email me the options. 8 weeks on and I'm still waiting. Pretty annoying given how long I've been a customer and how much I pay a month!

Have you checked to make sure the e-mail has not gone to your spam folder, ? or that it has gone to the right emai address, 

 

Flick an email to onlinecare@vodafone.com the team here (they look after the social media accounts from what I understand) are very good at followup's im sure they will be able to help out.
