I'm on Prepay19, and have a monthly top-up set up. Is there ANY WAY to stop vodafone texting me at 12:30 am or 1:30 am on the day Prepay19 rolls over to let me know i now have less than $5 credit? (Well, duh!)
I find this really intrusive for some reason. Itakes me up thinking there must be some family emergency to be getting texts at that time.

Sorry, these old threads don't really get a lot of traffic so it's easy to miss new replies. It is always best to create a new thread, even if the problem is similar

Thanks johnr, no they would text to make sure i had the appropriate info in front of me. You may be more alert at that time than i am, lol.

In case anyone else searches and finds this thread, vodofone messages are only supposed to come through during day-time hours, so my case would be considered a fault. Minhaj has turned off the text notifications, so a huge THANKYOU from me. (And from Mr CeeDee, and our dog, as they get woken up too.)

24 Feb2015, have been on Carryover 19 since it became available. These late-night texts have just started up again, today. Last night got one from 7017 at 1:20am and 1:21am, both exactly the same, saying
"Your credit has gone below 5 dollars. If you have an Add-On or Bonus your resources will work until exhausted. To top up now visit vodafone.co.nz/topup"
Please could these be permanently switched off thanks, they are completely redundant for someone on an auto topup anyway.
