I was just wondering if my husband and I could put our own mobile bills onto our Fixed/Broadband bill or create a bill altogether?
It would make life much easier to pay in one go each month.
My husband said he has just changed his prepay plan and I am currently on Smart19 Data.
As far as I know, the platforms for managing the mobile and fixed-line sides are different and there is still a lot of work to be done to integrate them.
Prepay cannot be charged to a bill either as it is exactly that, prepay.
As prepay plans, these are not considered to be a billing account so would not show on a bill anyway. Pay as you go literally. If you want to moniter your prepay balances you can register on our website for your account information,
