That would mean your current service provider has rejected the port request due to incorrect info provided. If you're on postpay with them, we need to give them your account number, if you're on prepay with them, we need to provide your sim card number.
If you're switching to a Vodafone Postpay plan, you're best to call 0800837867 and they can assist with checking the details and resending the port request. If you're switching to Vodafone Prepay, you can resend the request via the Online Porting Form here
