Recently, I got two phone calls from Vodafone discussing or surveying about the feedback of the current mobile plan I am using. The first call was good. HOWEVER, the second caller was not that patient when I was complaining about the Mobile App UI. She terminated the call conversation by saying 'Thank you' when I was talking. OK, it is fine, if you don't want to listen, please DON'T call me!
I cannnot see any value from this new service if the service attitude is like that.
