Activating new sim error

I have an iphone 5 to replace my existing phone which required a smaller sim card. Tbis I got from retail shop. I tried the simswap on webpage but came back with error ''Sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties'' try again later. Trying later it says I have exceeded number of simswaps allowed. Called 777 and they were unable to make it work and thought sim may have a problem. I got another sim from the store and using webpage got "exceeded number of simswaps allowed". Calling 777 they could not make it work and would call me back but I am still waiting.

@maigret send me a private message with your mobile number, four digit PIN and the SIM number you want to swap onto and I"ll take a look tomorrow.
