incorrect charge

I am on Prepay FreebeeData. I bought some 1500 offPKMBs which expired today on 29/12/2016. On 28/12/216 I still have over 500MBs left not used. but on my account, I was charge over $20 for usage on 26-27/12/2016 which were public holiday.

26 Dec 2016 Data11.52MB$5.39
27 Dec 2016 Data33.86MB$16.56

Can this charge be reversed?

OffPkMB's are only for use 7 pm - 7 am Monday to Friday and anytime on the weekend, however not for public holidays. - Hence charge is not incorrect.

I work in Mobile Technical Escalations and I volunteer my time here on the community helping out.
