Has a with their wireless connection after the cell tower outside Te Puke upgrade to 4g.? Connection use to be great before tge uograde in December, now we keep losing connection and the speed is slow.Admittedly the mobile internet is using vodafones cell towers... but just wondered if anyone else round Te Puke was having any issues?.

Yep, I have a customer having issues too. We have logged faults with Vodafone though our RBI provider. No fix yet.

Looks like a COW has landed in the town. Hopefully that will offload some capacity.

Hi Sharpio, looking at transferring to Vodafone from Trust Power for internet usage. Have the issues mentioned above been resolved?

Sorry... I dont know... unfortunately we couldnt wait for vodafone to acknowledge the problem and sort it out. We had to go Spark. And we havnt had any issues. Drawback though is 1. contract. 2.And we can only use at one address. As we live in our bus and can move around.

There is a new Vodafone tower in the town now. This has good capacity. Loading has improved on the other tower, but I'm not sure by how much. I'll be checking this out soon.
