I moved house at the beginning of May. And even though I put my request through mid April, we only got our Rural broadband connected 2nd week in June. I was told to one of the contact centre staff that they can waive my May bill as I did not have any internet. This has not happened and I just received my June bill with a penalty fee added for May. I have told Vodafone I will not pay the May bill as I did not have an internet connection from the 5th May to the 12th June. Therefore I should not be liable to pay for this. Please check and waive this bill.
